If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure a hassle-free experience. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not have any signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to cuts, stains, or changes to the original design).
  • Underwear, socks, and other intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty or do not match the specifications you provided.

2. Return & Exchange Timeframe

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be processed. We recommend initiating your return request as soon as possible to ensure it arrives within the eligible period.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team via email to inform us of your intention to return or exchange the item(s). Please include your order number, the name of the item(s), and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Our team will respond to your request within 24-48 business hours, providing you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging (if possible) and include the RA number inside the package. Please do not write directly on the original product packaging.
  4. Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong size, wrong item).

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color), we will process your exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item(s). We will ship the new item(s) to you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees for the exchanged item(s). If the new item has a different price, we will either charge the difference (if the new item is more expensive) or issue a partial refund (if the new item is cheaper) using the original payment method.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described (e.g., wrong item, wrong size), please contact us immediately upon receipt. Provide your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage, and our team will assist you with a free return and either a full refund, exchange, or replacement, at your choice. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt:
  • Intimate apparel (underwear, socks, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
